For some reason my spinner's weapons seem to fall off more easily now. So after 1-2 hits it will stop then just fall off

Where can you find belts?

why do you have pulleys but not chains 

to test it on a 32 bit os run it in a vm.

(Win 10 is free to download and use from the microsoft website).
